We offer private, semi private, and small group training geared to help you with your personal fitness goals. All of our programs are specially designed to best fit you and your needs.
Our training is scheduled by appointment only.
Below is a list of goals that we specialize in helping individuals achieve:
General- Health, weight loss, muscle building, muscle toning, and improved physique
Specific- Preparation for obstacle races/adventure racing, preparation for military, preparation for physical exams ( such as a fireman or sanitation physical test), and preparation for special events (such as loosing weight for a vacation or wedding)
Athletes (high school, college, amateur and professional)- Improvements in speed, strength, power, agility, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, movement, flexibility, and overall physical performance for teams or individuals.
Professional - Body builders, models, and performers.
Privates or Semi Privates?
Privates and Semi-Privates are the best method for receiving individualized training. We all have different strengths, weaknesses, or limitations that make our needs different. At our facility, we design a workout routine made just for you.
Private lessons are conducted with just you and your coach
Semi Privates are multiple private lessons being conducted by the same coach, at the same time (2-5 clients, 1 coach). One of the major benefits with semi- private training is that you will receive individualized training at an affordable cost. Semi-private training also helps with motivation and morale.
All of our programs are designed and lead by Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Anthony Carrano. Anthony has a Masters degree in Kinesiology (the study of movement), and is a Certified Strength Specialist with the N.S.C.A. . Check out his bio for more about his qualifications.
* Prices are cheaper for semi private and small group training.
We highly encourage semi private and small group training for motivation and moral. Studies have shown that people who train with a partner or in a small group, are much more likely to train harder and more consistent as opposed to those that do not.
